Account Manager

Job Description:
RightRez is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team in our Bloomington, IN location. This position is responsible for effective, efficient, and timely communication with clients as well as understands and ensures client needs are met. This includes, but is not limited to following up on support issues, enhancements, system configuration changes, process consulting, airline contract entry and client training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent business relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and work with other team members to ensure they are met in a timely manner
  • Document client setups and communications
  • Daily monitoring/troubleshooting of client setups
  • Software training
  • Airline contract entry
  • Analyze and understand complex airline contracts
  • Understanding and consulting on client business processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently utilizing time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Positive attitude and team oriented mind set
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work with and understand software functionality as well as proprietary industry systems
  • Some travel required
  • Basic knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Travel industry experience a plus
