Job Description:
RightRez is currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team in our Bloomington, IN location. This position is responsible for effective and efficient analysis, input, and troubleshooting of airline bulk fare contracts into the RightRez contract management system. In addition, this position will provide system contract support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ bulk airfare contracts with airlines
• Analyze and input contracts into RightRez system
• Troubleshoot contracts based upon results returned from the clients’
• Provide contract support to clients
• Effectively communicate with clients during the entry, troubleshooting, and support process
• Document all contract changes and interactions with the clients
• Understand other RightRez software and how it uses these contracts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, college experience a plus
• Ability to work independently utilizing time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize while consistently meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
• Positive attitude and team oriented mind set
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work with and understand software functionality as well as proprietary industry systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Travel industry experience a plus
