Job Description:
RightRez is currently seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team immediately in our Bloomington, IN location. This position is responsible for managing client projects as well as internal company projects. This includes gathering requirements, planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to the required timelines and resources available. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather Project Requirements
• Manage Priorities
• Manage Workload/Tasks
• Responsible for Project Deadline
• Enforce proper process and process development (this includes the project life cycle and QA process)
• Report to the Management team for decision making purposes
• Some Documentation writing
• This position is also backup for Support and QA departments

These responsibilities span managing internal RightRez projects as well as client/implementation projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently utilizing time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize while consistently meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
• Positive attitude and team oriented mind set
• Detail and process oriented
• Ability to work with and understand software functionality as well as proprietary industry systems
• Travel industry experience a plus
