Job Description:
RightRez is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in our Bloomington, IN location. This position is responsible for effective and efficient implementation and management of quality assurance process which includes writing and executing test plans and automated scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews software specifications to understand functional and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain test plans, manual, and automated test scripts to insure requirements are successfully met
• Document all quality control and test cases used as well as testing results
• Advanced troubleshooting and identification, reporting, and tracking of bugs/enhancements
• Manage software releases to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently utilizing time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize while consistently meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
• Positive attitude and team oriented mind set
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work with and understand software functionality as well as proprietary industry systems
• Knowledge of standard methodologies used in quality assurance testing
• Travel industry experience a plus
