Support Analyst

Job Description:
RightRez is currently seeking a Support Analyst to join our team immediately in our Bloomington, IN location. This position is responsible for effective and efficient client support for RightRez software solutions including software troubleshooting, client guidance, software installations, hosted virtual machine management, and database management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone and email based technology support and guidance for clients
  • Manage multiple client software and contract support requests, prioritizing to meet clients’ needs
  • Document interactions with clients providing useful feedback for similar future support requests
  • Daily monitor clients’ RightRez software setups
  • Software training
  • Installation of RightRez software including new client setups and general software releases
  • Create, set up, and manage virtual machines for hosted clients
  • Manage client databases
  • Manage client user accounts in ADS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently utilizing time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Positive attitude and team oriented mind set
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work with and understand software functionality as well as proprietary industry systems
  • Flexibility in work schedule, some nights and weekends required
  • Travel industry experience a plus
