Company History After developing award-winning automation solutions for the travel industry and creating leading tools in the tour and cruise industry for nearly a decade, RightRez was formed as an independent corporation in 2003. Leading some of the most comprehensive efforts to improve efficiencies in the air reservation process with companies like Cunard Cruise Lines, Holland America Lines, Grand European Tours, and Crystal Cruises, Rightrez continues to provide cost-effective solutions providing packaged software and custom development to fully integrate with your air department processes and current technology. Our technologies were first developed in 1996 for Cunard Cruise Lines as a way to automate portions of the booking process and integrate with their internal reservation system. Since then RightRez has been focused on creating and managing the right reservation at the lowest fare possible. The old methods of storing and using negotiated rates, creating bookings, class of service changes were and still are very challenging. RightRez’s technology was created to automate this environment. The skills learned while developing these technologies are the result of collaborating with major travel companies and the GDS systems.
