Dana Jiacoletti New Director of Business Analysis

RightRez has announced that Dana Jiacoletti will join
its executive management team to support continued growth and expansion of its
automated air travel solutions for the tour, cruise, maritime and offshore travel markets.

Aligned with its strategic growth plan, this newly created position will take full advantage
of Ms. Jiacoletti’s expertise. In her role as director of business analysis, her duties will
include business development, quality control, analysis, support and planning. She will
work with RightRez’s product development team serving as a subject-matter expert on
GDS processes and as a resource on enhancements and new product ideas. In a
customer service capacity she will assist the sales team in understanding new client
methodology and will liaise with project management on new and existing customer
implementations. As a member of the executive management team she will be directly
involved in the development and execution of RightRez’s business plan.

Dana brings vast travel industry knowledge coupled with over a decade of experience
with our products to her role as director of business analysis, said Jim Quinn, president
of RightRez. We feel very fortunate to have someone with her industry stature and
depth of understanding joining our team during this period of growth. As she has been a
business partner of RightRez for many years, I am certain that she will make both an
immediate and lasting impact on our business.

Dana joins RightRez after 20 years of progressive responsibility at Grand European
Travel where she most recently served as Director of Information Systems. She brings
a reputation for technical knowledge and an understanding of business operations and
performance drivers. Her depth of experience includes proficiency in Apollo/Galileo,
Sabre and Amadeus Global Distribution Systems (GDS). She holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Oregon State University and currently resides in the Portland metropolitan
area where she serves on the Board of Directors of The Society of Information
Management.
