Director – Client Services
As RightRez’s Director of Client Services, Dana Jiacoletti leads the implementation and software teams to provide expert services for clients around the world. She ensures all clients continuously receive exceptional support as they use RightRez software to automate and enhance their air department processes. Dana also plays a key role in the strategic development of products and partnerships, translating customer needs into new service offerings.
Dana is a trusted information systems specialist with two decades of proven travel industry experience. Before joining RightRez in 2018, Dana worked as Director of Information Systems at Grand European Travel. While there, she managed, designed and oversaw over a dozen new company software application installations. Her in-depth knowledge of GDSs coupled with her achievements in implementing automated technology solutions to increase efficiencies have been instrumental in her success.
Outside of work, Dana shares her love for scuba diving as a part-time instructor and has a passion for travel. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University and serves on the board of directors of the Portland Chapter of the Society of Information Management. Dana currently resides in Oregon.
