RightRez is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members that come from a background of airline reservations and travel technology! RightRez has seen tremendous demand for travel technology as operations for operators have significantly increased without the staffing levels to support it. As a result, we are happy to announce that Kristen Tonks and Josh Minor have joined our Client Services team!
Kristen comes to RightRez with over 20 years of experience working with leisure airfare and air system at both AAA as well as Carnival Corp. She is joining RightRez with the intent of working directly with a wide range of customers to not only solve problems, but help to implement solutions to improve organizational process and profitability. When Kristen is not head deep in net airfares and systems, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her granddaughter and family.
Josh comes to RightRez with over a decade travel technology from the corporate landscape. His time at Cornerstone Information Systems positioned him well to join RightRez in a very technically analytical role. When Josh is not wading through great technical detail, he enjoys kayaking, camping, and spending weekends with the local scout groups his kids belong to. They are always on an adventure in one of the many state parks and national forests Indiana has to offer.
RightRez is thrilled to have this new talent join the team as we continue to grow with our valued clients and this ever-changing industry!
