The Beginning
We are an industry-leading flight booking and management solution provider for cruise, tour, and marine/offshore/cruise line crew markets. RightRez was formed as a company in June 2003. Our founder, Michael von Foerster, led the development of an automated booking solution for Cunard cruise line, which required integrating cruise line booking preferences and net air contract rules with passengers’ requirements. This complex project involved managing itineraries originating from all over the US and Canada to worldwide destinations. The challenges were unique and not easily modelled, and they continue to be a focal point of our work today. We have innovated in this challenging field of technology for more than 20 years, and our dedicated team of developers is at the forefront of delivering unrivalled technology solutions for our extensive client base across the world.
Early successes allowed RightRez to attract additional clients who helped shape the early stages of our booking processes. We continue to innovate and develop our technology solutions and platform.
Where We Are Now
20 years later, we have integrated our software with multiple tour and cruise reservation systems and secured many top companies in the industry. We’ve successfully expanded into the marine/offshore/cruise line crew vertical and continue to innovate by bringing new products and features to market based on the evolving needs of the industry.
As one of the first companies to offer an end-to-end reservation process powered by both batch and web-based channels, RightRez remains at the forefront of these efforts. We take pride in recognizing industry trends and developing solutions that enable our clients to embrace these changes
