RightRez Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of four new hires to support significant growth across all parts of the business. Beth Kyle joins as Product Manager, Anthony Thompson joins as Technical Account Manager, Abby Jones, and Chris Taylor join as Advanced Support Agents for RightRez, a leading air travel technology company that provides creative automation and booking solutions, itinerary management tools and custom applications to high-volume travel companies. Current RightRez clients include Viking Cruises, Holland America Cruise Line, Trafalgar Tours, Norwegian Cruise Line, and many more.
As Product Manager, industry veteran Beth Kyle will oversee the development of products and lead design work for the products from business requirement and technical requirement perspectives. Before coming to RightRez, Kyle worked for more than 15 years at Cornerstone Information Systems, a travel tech company that specializes in corporate travel management.
As Technical Account Manager, Anthony Thompson will handle day-to-day issues, and educate clients about RightRez products, troubleshooting as necessary. The Bloomington native has an IT Master’s Degree from Purdue Global University and co-founded Do Technology in 2016. He has also worked as an app developer for iPhone and Android devices.
Advanced Support Agents provide software and software development support for RightRez clients and RightRez Technical Account Managers. New hires in this area are Chris Taylor, who has worked in IT for McKesson, JP Morgan Chase, and Boeing, and will provide advanced software support; and Abby Jones, who holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Analytics, and will provide advanced software support as well as debugging and bug fixing the product suite.
